Playing the same team as last week, the 5th XI were looking to show Rodley CC what Chads could do in the return match at Glen Road. Unfortunately, the visitors were just as good with the ball this week as they were last week. James Dinnewell (13 from 21) and Muhammad Abdullah (19 from 26) did well with the bat, but were the only players to reach double figures as the home team were bowled out for 47 in just under 21 overs.

Despite making a low score, Chads made their opponents work hard for their runs. Daniel Roberts took two wickets from his two overs, while Abdullah continued to have a good match, taking a wicket for just four runs off two overs. However, Rodley was able to chase down the total in 11 overs, three wickets down, to record two wins in two weeks against Chads. At home again this Sunday, the 5th XI will be looking to turn their season around against Mayfield CC.
