Our Indoor Programme Is Already Underway
You don’t have to wait until spring to get started — our indoor cricket programme is already in full swing.
From October through to March, players from across the club take part in:
Our inter‑club indoor cricket league, offering fast‑paced, competitive matches every week
Indoor training sessions, designed to build skills, confidence, and match sharpness throughout the winter
It’s the perfect way for new members to meet players, get involved immediately, and enjoy cricket all year round.
A Club on the Rise
From 2027, our 1st XI and 2nd XI will compete in the Yorkshire Premier League North — a major milestone in our long term development plan. This step reflects the ambition, progress, and investment across our senior pathway.
On the field, we’ve enjoyed 42 trophies in the last 21 seasons. Off the field, we’ve invested £300,000 in new facilities, including a modern pavilion designed for a thriving, growing club community.
More Than Cricket
St Chad’s Broomfield is known for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere and brilliant social scene. Whether you’re playing, volunteering, or supporting, you’ll be part of a club that values community, enjoyment, and belonging.
We are also seeking new volunteers and sponsors who want to support a club making a real impact in Headingley and beyond.
