We welcome players of all ages and all abilities, whether you are completely new to cricket or returning after a break. You will find a friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment, great coaching (led by female ECB qualified coaches), and plenty of opportunities to play. With regular social events throughout the year, you will quickly feel part of the Club.

Indoor Cricket (October to March)

From January, we run indoor training on midweek evenings and Sunday afternoons at Headingley Indoor Cricket Centre (LS6 3BR) and Horsforth School (LS18 5RF). We also run our own club indoor league from October at Leeds City Academy (LS6 2LG), giving our players cricket all year round.

Outdoor Cricket (April to September)

Outdoor training takes place on Wednesday evenings at our main ground on Otley Road, Headingley (LS16 5JT), again led by female ECB qualified coaches.

Women’s Teams

We have two women's league teams playing both hard ball and soft ball cricket.

With eight years of hard ball league cricket experience (more than any other club in Leeds), including cup wins in 2024 and 2025, we are well equipped to provide top level cricket to those who are looking for it.

For those who want something less competitive, we can offer that too. Our new soft ball team is all about the fun and social side of cricket. Results come second!

Girls’ Teams

Our girls’ teams also have more than their fair share of fun. Led by our team of female ECB qualified coaches, they have a wonderful team spirit, and their improvement will see many of them step up to our women’s teams over the next few years, possibly even further.

Mixed Teams

As well as our women and girls’ teams, our mixed senior and mixed junior teams are open to women and girls, giving everyone even more opportunities to play our great game.

Female Coaches

From experience and feedback, most female players at clubs are crying out for female coaches. We are fortunate to have three female ECB qualified coaches at our club, with another due to start their coaching journey shortly.

If coaching is something you are interested in, we can help. If you are already a qualified coach, we can ensure you obtain more experience. If you are contemplating coaching, we can support you with level appropriate courses.

Women’s T20 World Cup

With the Women’s T20 World Cup heading to England this summer, and several games a short walk away from our ground (at Headingley Stadium), 2026 will be a game changing year for women and girls’ cricket, so join us now and be a part of it.
