As a member club of the Airedale & Wharfedale Senior Cricket League and the Dales Council Cricket League, we need to assist them both with finding additional umpires to help them continue to supply two officials for every game.

Our starting point for this search needs to be our current club members. The benefits to volunteering for this are:

• You can umpire on a Saturday and still get a game for the club on a Sunday and/or midweek
• Umpires are paid £50 (if on their own) or £35 (if with another league umpire) per league game
• There will be opportunities to do additional games other than on a Saturday, if you wanted to
• You do not need to commit to every Saturday although if you wanted to do all of them, you could
• All training will be provided over the winter and all costs will be covered by the league or the club
• You will be doing a huge favour for the club which will be very much appreciated by all our members
